Sometimes it's easier to address nutrition challenges in the home or school environment.
Mobile dietitian appointments are available in suburbs surrounding Melbourne, Greater Western and Eastern Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula.
Fees
Initial Allied Health Consultation and Initial Treatment Plan Development: $439.00
Review consultation: $109.75 - $219.50
Feeding Therapy / Early Childhood Therapy sessions: $285.35, due to the extra time applied before and after session.
Weekend surcharge pricing applies, please enquire.
Possible funding for child nutrition, pregnancy nutrition or
adult nutrition consultations:
Medicare rebates are available for you to see us via:
- Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCM x 5 session)
-Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC x 5 sessions)
- Eating Disorder Treatment Plan (EDC x 20 sessions)
- Medicare M10: Autism and Neurodivergent Therapy (20 sessions)
- Early Childhood Intervention Plan, (135)
Speak to your GP /Pediatrician about whether these are suitable for you.
There is a gap payment for our services.
Our dietitians are also able to claim for DVA and TAC cases, please enquire.
Rebates for Accredited Practicing Dietitians (APDs) appointments are available via most Private Health Insurance providers with extras cover, speak to your provider to see if you are covered.
'Family Dietetics' are Verified NDIS Providers
'Family Dietetics' are available for participation in NDIS PLANS.
We can see participants who have plans that are:
- Self managed
- Plan managed
Payment:
Fees are payable on the day of your appointment.
Card or Bank Transfer Accepted.
We also have PayPal which may allow you to Pay-in-4 payment play.
We can invoice NDIS Plan Managers directly
