- Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCM x 5 session)
-Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC x 5 sessions)
- Eating Disorder Treatment Plan (EDC x 20 sessions)
- Medicare M10: Autism and Neurodivergent Therapy (20 sessions)
- Early Childhood Intervention Plan, (135)

Our dietitians are also able to claim for DVA and TAC cases.
Rebates for Accredited Practicing Dietitians (APDs) appointments are available via most Private Health Insurance providers with extras cover, speak to your provider to see if you are covered.

We can invoice NDIS Plan Managers directly - our admin team will need to book your initial appointment.
